Refund and Returns Policy

Buyer satisfaction is our goal. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may apply for a refund/exchange within 2 (two) days of delivery as per the following terms:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 (seven to ten) working days. No extra charges will be added to the return policy.
  • After receiving the product, the courier office/delivery man will check whether it is as described in the invoice. In case of any wrong product or damage during transit, the courier should contact the hotline number provided while the courier is in front of the office/delivery man.
  • We will resend the correct product to the customer following the appropriate rules. In this case, the customer can cancel the order and we will refund it.
  • If a wrong, defective, or damaged product is delivered, notify us within 24 (twenty-four) hours of product receipt with the product and unpacking video proof.
  • The product the customer is returning must be unused, complete, tagged, and undamaged.
  • Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
  • Returns are requested outside of the specified time frame.
  • The product has been damaged due to use, the product has been tampered with something missing from the package, or the packing is not in original condition.
  • Items sold on sale/discount cannot be returned.
  • For heavy items, we will only replace the part-whole product if any part is damaged during transportation.
  • Products that need to be installed eg (Treadmill, Bike, Gym, Bench, TT table, etc.)
  • Customized products at customer’s request.
  • Products which are not regular and are made on special request of the customer.

  • Courier cost of return/exchange items will be borne by the customer.
