Tricep Olympic Bar

Multi-grip barbell, 91 cm, weight 9 kg, with rubberized handles and disc holder adapters, diameter 50mm, equipped with bearings. The Triceps Bar was created for the execution of exercises such as French press, neck extensions and stretches, characterized by a very tight and very rotated grip (“hammer grip”) to relieve the stress on wrists and elbows. The particular shape of the bar, its compactness and manageability, as well as the presence of other sockets, allows not only just triceps excercises but execution of different isolation exercises with low loads.
